An Authentic Japanese Rice Lager

Saké Kōkina Tamashī, Junmai Daiginjo, 19.1% abv. This unfiltered saké has notes of light pear and apricot. It’s dry on the palate with a slight white pepper finish.

Wicked Barley (@wickedbarleybrewing) is the first brewery in the State of Florida to produce craft saké. The name, Kōkina Tamashī, means Noble Soul which refers to Wicked Barley’s motto – Naughty Ales for Noble Souls.
