The 63 Visual Black Label Hat

Written by in ApparelDesignIllustrationLogo Design

Built for Work, Worn with Pride

Introducing the Black Label Hat — a rugged, limited-edition release from 63 Visual that blends craftsmanship, utility, and style in one clean silhouette.

This standout piece is built on the premium Richardson 256 Umpqua, a high-profile five-panel cap known for its structured fit and timeless shape. The Loden/Gold colorway brings a military-inspired vibe with a touch of throwback character, anchored by the bold yellow paracord rope across the brim — a subtle nod to vintage outdoor and workwear aesthetics.

At the center: the custom black-and-white woven label. Featuring the 63 Visual crest and location details — Jacksonville Beach, FLA / Trade Mark of United States — it’s a badge of pride and identity for the brand and anyone who wears it. The label speaks to craftsmanship, location, and legacy — three pillars of everything we create.

Each hat is hand-sewn and finished in Charleston, SC by the “World FamousGrizzly Wheeler (@grizzlywheeler), a master craftsman whose one-of-a-kind work has earned cult status among design-minded makers and builders. His attention to detail and commitment to the handmade process make each piece feel personal and purpose-driven.
